In his work as a tax adviser, Carsten focuses on reliability, clarity and providing expert, personalised advice. He takes the time to fully understand his clients’ needs and to work with them to develop suitable solutions.

After completing his degree in business administration and starting out as an audit assistant at PwC, Carsten joined WSG in 2007. He joined the firm as a partner in 2026.

In his spare time, he finds balance through sport and gardening. Carsten values spending time with his family, who provide him with support and motivation. These values are also reflected in his professional approach: personal, committed and open to the concerns of clients, colleagues and business partners.
